Overview of the organization dashboard

• Dashboard is basically a quick link to the main sections (i.e. From where admin gets its business) i.e. Total Donation, Transaction Fee, Fund Donation, Joined New Member, Upcoming Events, Display Organization Pray Time, Highest User Donation List etc.

• The above screen is the organization dashboard, In this all the module
  basic details are shown in graphical as well as text format.
  • So let’s start from the top right corner there is a “Make Donation” button it will redirect to make a donation page in front and be used for donating an amount manually to organization.
  • Donations basic information:
    1. Total donations:- It will show the total amount of donations done by all the members.
    2. Transactions fees:- It will show the total collected transactions fees only if you have enabled the show transaction fee option in payment option from settings.
    3. Fund donations :- It will show the total amount of fund donations
    4. Today new members: It will show newly joined members for that particular Date/Day.

• Donors and members information:
  • 1. Total recurring donors: It will show the total count how manydonors are recurring donors.
    2. Total donors: It will show the total count of all donors.
    3. Total members: It will show the total count of all registeredmembers.
    4. New members this month: It will show the total count of members registered for the current month.
    5. New donors this month: It will show the total count of new donors who have donated this month for the first time.
    6. New donors past 12 months: It will show the total count of new donors who have donated from the past 12 months.

Events:

It shows the list of upcoming events which are going to be held.

1. Organization Pray / Service Time:

• This is basically used for custom amount when payment for the donation has been done. If the checkbox is checked then custom amount text will be shown otherwise not.

2. Top 25 donors:

• It will show the top 25 donors list who have donated the highest amount.There is a filter by option as well in this you can filter the list by month, week and year.

3. Organization campaign:

• It will show how much donation has been collected for each campaign
  in text as well as in graphical format. There is a filter by option as well
  in this you can filter the list by month, week and year.

4. Organization fund:

• It will show how much funds has been collected after each fundraising in text as well as graphical format. There is a filter by option as well in
  this you can filter the list by month, week and year.
