  • On the above screen highlighted icon is used for to create a ticket.
  • Whenever to click on the icon popup will be displayed as per the above screen for to create ticket.
  • There are some form elements are displayed for to create a ticket like Subject, Email, Type, Priority, Bug Image, Description.
  • Ticket Type options are Bug, New Features, Questions.
  • For bug option there are another form elements like priority, bug image, description, etc….
  • After created ticket, ticket list look like above screen.
  • On ticket list grid, information displayed like Ticket No, Ticket Subject, Ticket Priority, etc….
